A regularly discussed antidote to our demanding times, meditation is a mental and physical exercise meant to help cultivate qualities like mindfulness, inner peace, or spiritual enlightenment. You may have even scoffed at the idea: Who has time for meditation, anyway? Who can possibly quiet their mind for that long?
